Why is my item formatting/edit bar missing?

Scenario:
" When I go to add an item to my blog the formating bar is missing. I am referring to the toolbar right above the body text box that allows you to adjust text format, text alignment, insert media, etc. Where has it gone?"

Solution:

1. Go to your Nucleus admin area and click on Global Settings in the Management menu.
   
2. Make sure you have set the line "Javascript Toolbar Style" to something other than "Disable Toolbar", e.g. select "Simple Toolbar (Non-IE)" or "Full Toolbar (IE)" and save your changes.
