What is the password to the .zip files for Nucleus skins?

Scenario:
"I just downloaded a skin from the Nucleus Skins site and when I try to extract the files, it asks me for a password. What's the password?!"

Solution:
There are no passwords to any of the .zip files on Nucleus Skins site. The problem may be due to a download accelerator software or a default zip handler software bundled with your operating system.
