How do I add a member to a teamlist?

In the admin area click on "Settings" to go to the settings of your blog. There you'll find a link "Click here to edit your team..." Go to that section. A dropdown will list all registered members. Choose the members you want to add to the team and define if they will have admin privileges or not. Click on the button "Add to team" and it is done!
