Why does my comment form only display when logged in?

Scenario:
"My "Add Comment" form only displays when I am logged in even with comment settings enabled for anonymous visitors and a correctly set up template."

Solution:
You installed Nucleus using a Macintosh. Due to the filename-length-limit on Macintosh, some important files were renamed when unzipping the Nucleus archive.

Example: "commentform-notloggedin.template" becomes "commentform-notloggedin.#1679F1".

Just rename them after you upload and your comment form should work properly again.
