Can I use Nucleus to set up a blogging community where users register and create their own blogs?

Scenario:
"I want to run a blogging community similar to Xanga, LiveJournal and Blogspot with Nucleus. Is there a way where folks can register and create their own blogs on my private site? I would like the ability to let them register, maintain, and write on their own blogs."

Solution:
Use a combination of plugins or try out the MDNucleus project.
