What does it mean when Nucleus says "Connect Error: Could not connect to MySQL database"?

Scenario:
"After installing Nucleus and editing config.php I get the following message when I try to open my blog.

What am I doing wrong?"

Solution:
Make sure you have provided the correct database username and database password. If you installed Nucleus through Fantastico, this should be done for you automatically and if you have problems, please contact your host.

If you have performed a manual install of Nucleus, please make sure that you use the username and password you assigned to your MySQL database when you created it.
