Why does Nucleus still think it's running on the old version after I've upgraded?

Scenario:
"I just upgraded from
to using the upgrade script and Nucleus said the installation was fine. But now none of my images are showing up and in the admin section it indicates that I am still running
."

Solution:
Check that you have actually downloaded the upgrade .zip files from the upgrade page with all the latest Nucleus files and that when uploading them to your server, you have overwritten all the old Nucleus files.
